Engineering Panel: At what cost? Circularity, innovative materials and electrification (In Swedish) (14.45)

What engineering-specific challenges result from these fast rates of development?

Is electrification really the answer to everything? What would happen if we were wrong and needed to revaluate our processes, even down to their smallest parts? Could open-source approaches be applied to circularity in order to improve upon our shared journey forward?

In the Engineering Panel discussions are held between representatives on stage who will then answer questions from the audience.

Ingenjörsdagen After Work

Hang out and pose questions to company reps in person! Meet with colleagues and discuss issues brought up throughout the day. Enjoy!

Includes Silent Disco for those who want to participate.

Masterclasses

Our masterclasses are lectures at a more advanced level where you get to learn about a subject in-depth, under the guidance of a recognized expert in the field. Usually, a limited topic is treated, and you get to take part in the expert’s tips and practical experiences and can ask questions.

20 people can participate in each masterclass. This means that there is room for discussions and questions. As there is a limited number of places, we are happy if you cancel your place if you can not use it, so that someone else has a chance to take part in the master class.

The masterclasses will be presented shortly and published regularly on our social channels – do not miss to follow us there! If you have any questions, get in touch with us by email, and we will help you!

Once we have determined which masterclasses will be in the program, you will be able to book them at the same time as receiving headphones and programs at check-in.

Film & photos from Engineer Day 2022

How it works

Engineer Day is a so-called silent event – a concept where you use headphones with several channels to listen to various interesting lectures and discussions.
The room is divided into different areas where there is the opportunity to network, attend exclusive masterclasses, listen to live podcasts and hear interesting discussions at the main stage.

How the headphones work

The programme contains different events, some of which run in parallel. You get headphones so you can listen in simultaneously. If you take off your headphones, you show that you are open to conversation.

The headphone is switched on by pressing both the orange buttons on the back of the headphone simultaneously for about 3 seconds. The same goes for turning off the headset.

To increase the volume, press the orange button on the left side one click at a time. The volume is reduced by holding down the orange button on the left side.

To change the channels, press the orange button on the right side of the headset.
