"I'm passionate about entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship and the power they hold in driving innovation and business development within the planet's boundaries. My goal is to inspire more people to see opportunities in the transition and to dare to push through their ideas.
I have developed the innovation method “Sustainability Sprint” and authored the book “Odla idéer”. A handbook on how to make sustainable ideas grow quickly. My background is within economics and over the years I have alternated between running my own businesses and worked with innovation in large organizations. I previously worked as innovation lead at Vattenfall and am currently leading Scania's intrapreneurship program, “Scania Innovation Factory."

"I am a passionate learner and a curious soul who thrives on exploring the unknown and thinking outside the box. My enthusiasm for innovation is matched by my dedication to empowering others to unlock their full potential. With over six years of experience as a Development Engineer across various departments at Scania and a year of intrapreneurship experience in the Scania Innovation Factory program, I bring broad knowledge and expertise to the table.
I hold a master's degree in integrated Product Development from KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
Currently serving as an Innovation Lead and I am committed to drive innovation and intrapreneurship within Scania."
