Are you an engineer in your final 2 years of studies or a graduated engineer with max 3 years of work experience? Then welcome to be part of something extraordinary as you mingle with fellow female engineers and engage with top-tier companies eagerly waiting to discover your potential.
Womengineer Day will take place during the morning session of Engineering Day 2023 between 8.30-11:00.

Introduction
Kick-off to WEday where we’ll discuss recent statistics, trends, and best practices on how to attract female engineers to the tech industry.
Interviewing Companies
During this panel, each company will be asked specific questions focusing on their business, culture, and values in order for participants to gain meaningful insights.
Company Speed-dating
You’ll get the valuable chance to meet with multiple female engineers from the participating companies and ask burning questions and learn more about career opportunities and experiences.
