In his talk, Olof will share his perspective on how to undertake the task of driving change in a larger organization and in an industry with a long history and a habit of working in a certain way. What are the keys to enhancing the organization’s ability to leverage new technology, and how do you practically drive that innovation? You will gain insights from concrete examples of how this is done within Trafikverket. Experiences will also be shared about factors that can facilitate such work.
